We are seeking a rockstar Technical Product Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business goals into sprint goals and ensuring successful execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and
scale our products, manage data analysis using Python, and create MVPs.
Key responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Translate business goals into sprint goals and drive outcomes through meticulous planning and execution.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis in Python to script and create MVPs, leveraging your technical expertise to inform product decisions.
- Product Development: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Customer Empathy: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points through user data, transcripts, and documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Foster alignment within internal teams, extracting real issues and building consensus to drive product success.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing circumstances, with a willingness to be coached and develop new skills.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Product Management.
- A 4 year degree in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering only. (Work as an engineer before transitioning to PM would be a plus)
- Proven track record of translating business goals into actionable sprint goals and delivering successful outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis in Python, including scripting and creating MVPs.
- Experience working with large-scale data in a B2B startup environment.
- Proven ability to deliver products and navigate the challenges of product/engineering from 0 -> 1 and experience scaling it further.
- Experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on qualitative analysis is a plus.
